Terms of Service
By using ADAT you agree to these terms. If you use ADAT on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
The service
ADAT is an analytical intelligence platform provided by Chase Analytics Corporation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ADAT for your internal analytical purposes in accordance with these terms and any applicable subscription agreement.
Acceptable use
- Do not process data you do not have the right to analyse
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer ADAT's analytical methods, metric definitions, or recipe architecture
- Do not use ADAT for any unlawful purpose or in violation of regulations in your jurisdiction
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to ADAT. You grant Chase Analytics Corporation a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Analytical outputs
ADAT is designed to produce accurate and reproducible analytical outputs. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for decisions of material consequence. Chase Analytics Corporation is not liable for decisions made on the basis of ADAT outputs.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
