What we collect
When you contact us or create an account, we collect your name, email address, organisation name, and the content of your message. When you use ADAT, we collect usage data — pages visited, features used, session duration — to improve the product. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic.

- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
Your data in ADAT
Data you upload to ADAT for analysis is processed solely to provide you with analytical outputs. We do not use your data to train models, share it with third parties, or retain it beyond your session unless you explicitly save it. Enterprise deployments on your own infrastructure mean your data never leaves your environment.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to collect anonymised usage data. You may opt out via your browser settings or a GA4 opt-out extension. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell data.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure on request.
Your rights
